Sabattus Central School Participates in EMS Presentation

On February 2nd United Ambulance Service provided a presentation for 8th Grade Students at Sabattus Central School.  The presentation was given by Paramedic, Scott Latulippe and Intermediate EMT, Eric Saunders.

The Sabattus Central School students had been participating in an ongoing American Heart Association “CPR for Schools Module”. The module was taught by the School Nurse, Ms. Ronnie Paradis (RN).

United was requested to provide a one hour, informational presentation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The presentation also included an overview of the Maine Emergency Medical Services license levels, an explanation of the responsibilities of different license levels, and how someone can obtain licensure at each level.

If you would like a similar presentation for your school, please contact Scott Latulippe, EMT-P/Education Coordinator at 207.777.6006 ext. 237 or Slatulippe@unitedambulance.com .
