United Ambulance Service is one of Maine's largest and most respected providers of medical transportation services. We have been serving the citizens of Androscoggin county since 1981 and we are Maine's first and only nationally accredited ground ambulance service.

Jointly owned by Central Maine Medical Center and St. Mary's Regional Medical Center United has remained a leader in the EMS Community since it's inception.

Underneath United Ambulance Service is the United Training Center. This highly recognized Center offers a wide selection of pre-hospital and occupational courses. We offer courses both in our state-of-the-art training facility and in other locations across the state. Whether you're looking to learn basic CPR or to get your full paramedic license, United Training Center is the place to go.
